4 month old small mix terrier pup (Pasco)

We are looking to rehome our 4 month old puppy, puppy is a boy , all shots are up to date and dewormed he also comes chipped, he’s very playful full of energy and loves attention, we have been working on potty training but still needs consistency, unfortunately due to new apartment restrictions we can no longer keep him.
