Ability to pass background check and fingerprint clearance. Familiarity with handling sensitive personal data (e.g., secure mail, compliance protocols). Prior experience in Live Scan fingerprinting, mailroom operations, or document processing. Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements. Must be comfortable working with biometric devices and computer systems. Some light lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required for handling mail or equipment.
