Position Overview: Requirements What you'll do Report to the Director of PBIS and support grades K–12. Track intervention effectiveness using data tools, providing clear outcomes and recommendations. Manage a digital database for PBIS records, observations, and intervention plans. Serve as the liaison between school teams, the PBIS committee, and upper administration. Conduct classroom and school environment observations to evaluate PBIS implementation and provide actionable feedback. Coach staff on implementing Tier 1 and Tier 2 PBIS strategies and supports culturally responsive, trauma-informed practices. Meet biweekly with school leadership to review implementation progress, analyze data, and adjust strategies. Ensure all support and interventions align with culturally responsive and trauma-informed best practices. Engage families through meetings, workshops, and personalized training sessions. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with PBIS/MTSS best practices. We have the perfect the DSP-Caregiver position for you. We have a morning shift 8am-2pm on Saturday & Sunday (every other week) plus an overnight shift 10pm-8am (every week). We support a young man with Autism and Epilepsy in his own home in the Clairemont area. We have 2 staff every shift where you and your co-worker will support him in his home and community. You will receive support from Enriching Lives to assist you in providing services in your own home such as initial and continuing education, the support of a multidisciplinary team, 24 hour on call professional support, and overnight relief support. Enriching Lives staff will visit you and the Individual regularly to provide support and ensure that the Individual’s goals are being met. At a minimum, you must have 1-2 spare bedrooms, a safe and pleasant living environment, reliable transportation, a high school diploma or GED and a designated backup Family Home Provider. All adult members of the household and frequent visitors to the home must have a clear criminal history and a DMV record without any major violations. Enriching Lives is highly committed to making successful matches and placements in the home of people who become Family Home Providers with our agency.
