As the Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all production equipment are safe and in proper operating condition. Additional duties will be to perform all tasks following the cGMP requirements. OTHER ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Acknowledge all production calls for critical point checklist and machine breakdowns Ensure all repairs and corrective maintenance performed is verified and properly documented Perform generated and all assigned Preventative and Predictive Maintenance schedule in a timely manner and following listed activities on a Computerized Maintenance Management System Monitor parts and determine minimum/maximum inventory on all assigned equipment. Record all parts used during repair and Preventative Maintenance activities. Assist Inventory Control and Maintenance Planner in physical count for costing. You will develop new CNC programs for production runs or modify existing programs for different machines. You will also work with the engineers to look for product modifications that might reduce the amount of material or fabrication time.
