Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled Facilities & Maintenance Technician to support six salon suite locations across the Los Angeles area. This is a hands-on role focused on general handyman repairs, suite turnovers, and light maintenance. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable traveling between sites as needed. Mileage and gas reimbursement will be provided. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repair work, including: Drywall patching, painting, and baseboard repairs Light plumbing (sink hookups, minor leaks, caulking, etc.) Basic electrical (switches, outlets, light fixtures) LVT flooring installation and repairs Complete suite turnovers quickly and to high standard to prepare for new move-ins Inspect and troubleshoot maintenance issues at each location; escalate specialized repairs to Regional Manager for vendor scheduling Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in working order Communicate effectively with the Regional Manager about status of repairs, timelines, and needs Travel between multiple locations on a regular basis (mileage/gas reimbursed) Requirements 2+ years’ experience in general maintenance, handyman, or facilities support Skilled in basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and flooring work Ability to problem-solve and work independently Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license required Flexibility to travel between six sites in the Los Angeles region What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Gas/mileage reimbursement for travel between sites Opportunity to work independently while supporting a growing regional operation Fair Hiring Disclaimer Phenix Salon Suites is an equal opportunity employer.
