DBC is a small home building and general construction services company. We have full time work and we work through the winter (no layoffs). Handyman Needed in the Twin Cities and Surrounding We have several clients with needs in this market, on tenant occupied homes. OUR PROCESS • We share a job scope and tenant availability with you • You receive a text of the confirmed appointment • You show up assess/bid • You report job with notes and pictures using a provided link • We reconcile and processes the invoice to be paid via direct deposit • Communicate clearly and timely plus quality workmanship, you'll succeed • BEFORE, DURING, and AFTER photos along with a detailed summary will be your fastest way to more jobs PRICING • We pay $50 per hour for labor – No Book Rates • Submit estimates from the site • Submit completion form and photos while on-site • Communicate on-site for any adjustments. • Completion notes and pictures equal payment • Remember, you don't have to advertise, pay referral fees, schedule work, or chase down payments like you would for other work.
