Key Responsibilities • Assemble Panelized Systems: Work closely with the Lead Installer to assemble modular walls, roofs, ceilings, lights, and accessories. • Customer Service: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and issue resolution. • Documentation: Keep track of field inventory, hours, and expenses. • Travel: Be on-the-go! This position requires travel across the nation. We cover all travel, lodging, and per diem expenses. • Professionalism: Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times during job assignments. Preferred Skills • Experience in modular office, wall, or building installations. • Basic mechanical knowledge. • Must own hand tools such as cordless drills, pliers, etc. • Capacity to work out of town for multiple days at a time. • Strong sense of responsibility and work ethic. PAY: $21-23/hour (based upon experience) HOURS: Shifts will be 8-hour workdays 5 days per week (some OT available) SCHEDULE: 7:00 am-3:30 pm START DATE: ASAP Responsibilities: Apply seal to new paving projects. Cleaning, repairing, and ensuring proper drainage of the area to be seal coated. Ensuring the sealcoat is applied evenly and meets quality standards. Applying sealcoat using appropriate methods like squeegees or spray wands, and potentially using other tools like crack fillers. Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order. Following all safety procedures and protocols, including those related to working with asphalt and construction equipment. Loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper storage, and maintaining a clean job site. Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in operating various tools and equipment, including sealcoating equipment. Understanding the process of sealcoating and asphalt maintenance. Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Valid driver's license is required. Must be able available to work weekends Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE Position requires the use of PPE, including: Steel-Toe work boots, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves. Additional Requirements: Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation to the job site Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
