PAY SCALES APPRENTICE ($27/HR) Basic knowledge of finishing from raw. 3-5yrs Has understanding and practice in many but not all aspects of trade. Support insurance estimates (Xactimate experience is a plus). Interpret scopes of work, drawings, and takeoffs with technical precision. Maintain strict estimate records in CRM (Acculynx). Communicate with clients on scope, pricing, and next steps — directly and confidently. Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and safety protocols.
