Now Hiring; Journeyman Plumbers, Apprentice, HVAC Technicians and Sheet metal workers. Join our team as a Journeyperson Plumber where your skills will be valued, and you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects while contributing to the success of our company! Listed below are some of the expected Duties & and Skills, however more will be stated in an interview if interested. Please give us a call! We can see if we are a perfect fit for each other. • Pipe threading & proper connection • Use tools effectively, • Perform detailed takeoffs • Daily reports, • Material ordering, maintaining construction schedules, managing crews, strong mathematics skills, • Ability to travel to remote locations • Estimating for change orders • Testing & starting up of systems & test reports • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes • Fixtures and appliances • Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of the plumbing system, • Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper • Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus for integrated projects. • Capability to perform heavy lifting as required by job duties. • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of plumbing work. • Working on fuel, natural gas, hydronic heating systems and glycol systems. • Ability to read technical data, and submittals • Knowledge of local and state codes, Uniform Plumbing Code and etc. • Valid Journeyman Plumbers license for (Alaska) Requirements: • Knowledge of local and national pluming codes. • Willingness to enroll in or already enrolled in a state-approved pluming program. (we are partnered with AVTEC). • Vailed driver’s license. • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn. • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and working in tight spaces.
