Full-time year-round opportunity. Majority of work is new construction high end coastal Nj homes with some renovation work. Primary area of work is southern Monmouth and Northern Ocean Counties. General Requirement • Good attitude and a desire to learn and contribute at a high level • General knowledge and awareness of job site safety practices • Ability to work in a team setting with associates, clients and other subcontractors Job Duties: • Ability to lead a team and work well with clients and other subcontractors • Field install of all interior trim • Fabrication and install of wall and ceiling panel assemblies • Fabrication and install of built-in cabinetry • Construction and install of exterior decks • Fabrication and install of custom projects as desired by clients • Must be clean, organized and professional. • Occasional heavy lifting • Must be able to climb ladder and stairs • Driver license required Company offers competitive pay and encourages a good work/life balance.
