As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks within healthcare facilities. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring that the environment is safe and well-maintained, allowing our healthcare professionals to focus on providing the best care possible. Hourly Rate: $21 Pay Period: Sunday to Saturday Pay Schedule: Weekly, Every Thursday via Direct Deposit Responsibilities Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Assist with garbage removal, mopping, sweeping, and cleaning. Respond to urgent maintenance requests promptly and efficiently to minimize disruptions. Perform minor renovations and remodeling tasks as required. Inspect facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks accordingly. Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing all tasks. #IND5 Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Ability to perform a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks effectively and efficiently. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Physical stamina and strength to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting and carrying equipment as needed.

This  person will be working with a multidisciplinary team developing our future product development efforts. What You’ll Do Design, simulate, and optimize antennas for low-power wearable devices, including multi-band solutions. Build prototypes quickly and effectively to evaluate design concepts Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, electrical, and firmware teams to integrate antennas into highly constrained form factors. Perform electromagnetic simulations (e.g., HFSS, CST, FEKO) and validate designs with bench and OTA measurements. Conduct over-the-air (OTA) performance testing and troubleshooting in collaboration with test engineering teams. Drive root cause analysis and design iteration for antenna performance issues in prototypes and production units. Work with suppliers, CM partners, and manufacturing teams to ensure antenna performance is maintained throughout production. Document design processes, results, and performance metrics for internal knowledge sharing and regulatory compliance. Stay up to date on emerging materials, methods, and technologies in miniature antenna design. Travel to support prototype builds in both Asia, Europe, and North America: ~15-20% of time yearly Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. 5+ years (Senior-level) to 10+ years (staff-level) experience in antenna design, preferably for compact consumer electronics, wearables or IoT devices. Proficiency with electromagnetic simulation tools such as Ansys HFSS, CST Microwave Studio, or FEKO. Experience with antenna measurement tools (e.g., vector network analyzers, OTA chambers). Strong understanding of RF fundamentals, matching networks, and PCB layout considerations for antennas. Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines and communicate technical concepts clearly. Knowledge of Industry Standards and Regulatory Requirements: Be familiar with industry standards and regulations related to wireless communication, such as those from the FCC, ETSI, or ITU. do Preferred: Experience designing antennas for wearable or ultra-compact devices. Familiarity with Bluetooth, BLE, NFC, UWB, GPS, and multi-band antenna solutions. Knowledge of SAR compliance and RF regulatory requirements. Experience working with overseas manufacturing partners.
