Compensation & Pay Range: $12-$20 per hour Candidates with advanced education and experience in early childhood education may qualify for higher pay within the range. Requirements This might be the perfect fit for you! Passion for working with young children. At least 18-years-old. High school diploma or equivalent required. Lead Teacher is required to have a minimum of a CDA. Previous experience working in licensed childcare. Ability to pass background checks & health assessments.
