Now Hiring: Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Location: Casa Grande, Arizona Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends, No Call Setting: Outpatient Pediatric Clinic Compensation: $100,000 – $140,000 annually (commensurate with experience) Bonus Structure: Performance-based collections incentive Position Overview A long-established and well-respected pediatric clinic in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a full-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP/PNP) or Physician Assistant to join its growing care team. This mission-driven role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse pediatric population—all within a predictable weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or call.
