The families we serve are in crisis and need support keeping their children safe right now. At Oasis Ascent, we provide thorough assessment, around-the-clock secure care, and intensive support to young men and women. We are a safe setting for adolescents to stabilize while they and their families meet with licensed clinicians to determine the underlying causes of distress and what next steps make the most sense for their needs. Our students struggle with emotional, behavioral, and substance use disorders. As a Shift Supervisor, you will create a safe and supervised environment for our students to heal and grow in. Through working with Oasis Ascent, you will gain experience in the behavioral and mental health fields and in working with teenagers. And most importantly, you will help heal families and save lives through the relationships you form. Full-Time Facilities Staff (Sexton) First Congregational Church of Greenwich FT POSITION (up to $25/hour 40 hours wk) SUMMARY: Full-Time Facilities Staff (Sexton) The Sexton plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the Church and Preschool. This position involves a variety of tasks related to cleaning, custodial duties, and general light maintenance. This position will be based out of our Fort Washington office with a caseload primarily in Montgomery County. We provide training, ongoing support, and equip Direct Support Professionals to provide 1 on 1 care to support adults and children with intellectual disabilities in their homes and in the community. What you’ll do as an In Home Supports Assistant Supervisor: You will provide a combination of coordination and direct care support to individuals with intellectual disabilities living in their own homes or their natural family’s homes. Assist with the development, implementation, updating and review of individual support plans that are strengths based and person centered in collaboration with the team and the individuals being served.
