Description

We’re looking for a Truck Upfitting & Fabrication Technician to join our fabrication department. This is a hands-on shop position where you’ll be fabricating and installing custom equipment, wiring electrical systems, and keeping our trucks ready for any job. Responsibilities • Fabricate custom truck accessories (ladder racks, vice stands, storage solutions, etc.) • Operate shop equipment: ironworker, press brake, plasma table, bandsaw • Wire and install GPS units, strobe/flood/tail lights, and other 12V components • Install inverters, fuel transfer pumps, air compressors, and hose reels • Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards • Work with the team to problem-solve and complete projects on time Qualifications Required: • Fabrication or metalworking experience • Basic wiring/electrical knowledge (12V systems) • Strong work ethic, reliability, and safety awareness Preferred: • MIG welding experience • Previous fleet/truck upfitting experience

The Senior Case Manager will carry a caseload at the hotel site. The position requires a client-centered approach that respects self-determination, involves them in decision-making, and empowers them to achieve their goals. Effective collaboration with community partners and service providers is essential for providing holistic support and addressing any gaps in care. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation and preparing reports to ensure compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements. The role involves developing and implementing individualized plans to secure permanent housing.     The Senior Case Manager will lead the team in prioritizing housing solutions, collaborate closely with the assistant director of programs, and ensure that both on-site and hotel locations maintain the necessary capacity to meet community needs.
