We are a regional property preservation company looking for property preservation contractors who service the Greater DFW area. Equipment Needed: -Smartphone -Truck or Van -Trailer -Lawn Equipment -Air Compressor -Hand tools and power tools Requirements: - Understand property preservation guidelines. (We can teach you... mainly taking photos of work and bidding well.) - Have the required equipment to perform requested work orders such as bi-weekly lawn cuts, tree trimming, winterizations, lock changes, boarding, bidding, debris removal, roof tapping / patching, etc. - Ability to use a smartphone app to document work by taking photos. - Every job requires before, during, and after photos taken with an app called "PPW". - Property preservation work requires the ability to complete all listed services within the required deadlines. - Agreement with our company values. This position is located in Waikoloa, Hawaii.
