We are looking for an experienced, energetic and motivated Mechanic to join our team. We are looking for a skilled Mechanic to join our busy repair shop. As an Auto Mechanic, you will assist our customers by diagnosing and repairing issues with vehicles’ performance and function. You must have an in-depth understanding of all vehicle systems and components. You will also be responsible for maintaining repair shop equipment, preparing cost estimates, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair vehicles coming into the shop Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes Create repair estimates and timelines and convey information to customers in an easy-to-understand manner Maintain accurate repair shop records and paperwork Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business Qualifications: The ideal candidate is skilled in communicating with customers, able to explain vehicle issues clearly and concisely and provide valuable advice with at least 3 years' experience. High school diploma or GED is required Associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is preferred Automotive Service Excellence/ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers/SAE certification is preferred Strong customer service and communication skills are required

We are looking to fill a position on one of our landscape maintenance teams. This crew will be primarily mowing lawns. Other duties include but not limited to, trimming shrubs, cleaning plant beds, pulling weeds, installing plants and mulch, light hardscaping. We manage 350+ residential accounts 6 HOA and a handful of commercial properties. This is a fast paced and physically challenging job. Working outside includes being prepared for all of the conditions involved with being outside. This has been an exceptionally hot and rainy year. We are looking for individuals who value quality, not afraid of a challenge, and driven by hard work. Experience is not necessary but helps a lot. If you are not experienced, or have very limited experience in professional landscape services please be honest. Its better to know up front than to find out on the job.
