Open Positions Civil Construction Laborer I (Entry-Level, 0–2,000 hours) – $22–$26/hr Civil Construction Laborer II (2,000–4,000 hours) – $27–$32/hr Growth opportunities include: • Concrete Carpenter/Forming Finisher – $35–$50/hr • Civil Foreman/Leadman – $35–$45/hr • Civil Superintendent – $45–$55/hr What You’ll Do • Dig trenches, pull wire, and install underground conduit • Assist with concrete forms and pours • Operate shovels and skid steers to move materials • Build EV charging pad foundations • Follow plans, maintain safety standards, and travel as needed What We’re Looking For • Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation • Willingness to travel (lodging & per diem provided) • Ability to lift 70 lbs and perform physical work • Must pass background check & drug/alcohol screening • Entry-level welcome!
