Needed: Experienced house cleaner Monday thru Friday 8 am until 5pm (times will vary from week to week) to start immediately for a busy, established cleaning company Must have experience and be able to work without supervision after training period with my business Must have a reliable vehicle with current auto insurance and be able to drive in the snow Must be able to pass a background check Hours are from around 8 am until mid afternoon most days. Pay is commensurate with experience usually starting at $17.00 an hour unless more qualified Probationary period is 90 days with a raise after that time

COMMUNITY ACCESS CONTROL We are a small upscale residential community, seeking customer service professional for gated neighborhood in western Colorado Springs near Garden of the Gods. Full and part-time positions (20 to 40 hours weekly) available. Full medical/dental/vision benefits included. Starting pay of $15 to $17 per hour and up, depending on qualifications, with a $0.50 raise following six months of successful performance of duties. Duties include: • Controlling access to the neighborhood and managing package deliveries • Providing highest level of customer service in person and by phone • Maintaining safety reports and logs, and patrolling the neighborhood • Calling police, fire, and medical personnel, as necessary • Any other duties as identified by the Manager. Candidates must possess the following skills and attributes: • Be able to pass a background check as well as pass an initial drug screening • Valid driver’s license • Computer and tablet skills • Communications skills, both verbal and written, in English. Driving Passengers to and from Medical Appointments. Qualifications Valid driver license. Must be 25 or older. No DUI or DWI in the last 7years Compensation Base + Milles.
