This apartment is perfect for a single person or couple. Trains: Q/B/S/2/5 We are a family of one mom and a daughter plus one in college + one cat. For work, I handle communications at a photography museum. This is our 15th year in the house and in this beautiful neighborhood; we love it. We will be showing the apartment. This is a one-year lease with option to renew. I live upstairs with my daughter. We are looking for a tenant who will keep the apartment very clean and in working order. No smoking. - one month's rent + security deposit; the security deposit will be returned upon move-out minus any extra cleaning costs or repairs (including patching & painting holes in walls) that landlord must make to return the apartment to the state it was in when tenant moved in. - two references; - minimum one-year lease to start; - intention and ability to keep the apartment clean and tidy; Pet policy: Tenants with a cat or dog are welcome provided they meet two requirements: 1.
