I’m moving out to live with my partner, otherwise I’d stay here. The location really can’t be beat, it's 5 minutes to the ACE and 123 trains, 10 minutes to Central Park, and you can walk anywhere in Midtown within minutes while still being just outside the Midtown bustle. I worked by Bryant Park while living here and walked to the office every day. The apartment itself has huge windows, tons of natural light, and a nice view. It’s been a great place to come home to, and I’ve really loved living here. No broker’s fee. If you’d like, you’re welcome to keep the mounted TV, microwave, and green chair (visible in the video) as I won’t be taking them with me. I am more than happy to tour the unit over the phone and in person anytime. Credit check is required. The landlord is flexible, but generally asks for income of 40x the rent (~85K) and a credit score over 650. Guarantors are accepted (including out of state), with 80x the rent (~170K) required if using one.
