Summary: Halcyon Home Care is hiring experienced Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to provide skilled personal care and assist with clinical tasks under RN supervision. This role is ideal for licensed professionals dedicated to supporting elderly and medically fragile clients with respect and dignity. Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home care team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to clients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, mobility support, medication reminders, and companionship. This role requires a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, dignified care that ensures our clients’ comfort, safety, and well-being. Roles and Responsibilities: • Assist with ADLs including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility • Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks • Provide companionship and emotional support • Reminding the client to take medications • Follow care plans and instructions from the nursing supervisor • Support clients with therapy exercises and mobility aids • Help with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation • Ensure safe, clean, and healthy home environments • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA • Communicate with families and staff about client care updates Qualifications: · Valid Georgia CNA or PCA certification · High school diploma or equivalent · At least 1 year of caregiver experience in home care or long-term care · CPR certified (REQUIRED) · First Aid certified (REQUIRED) · TB Test (REQUIRED) · Pass background check and abuse registry clearance · Reliable transportation and clean driving record preferred · Professional, courteous, and dependable demeanor About Halcyon Home Care, LLC Halcyon Home Care is a Private Home Care agency based in Alpharetta, Georgia, committed to delivering compassionate, respectful, and client-centered care to seniors and individuals needing assistance with daily living.
