Instagram: @okenoakland BOH Prep Cook Prep Cook Job requirements and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ability to lift at least 50 lbs At least 2-4 years of kitchen experience Strong knife skills.. Must have knowledge or breaking down fish. Must have knowledge of general protein butchery. Ability to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency Must be able to work well in fast pace team environments Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and clear communication skills Interest in all types of Asian cuisine specifically Korean and Japanese Must be able to work Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday This is a part time position 3 days a week. Prep Cook: $20 - 22 per hour plus % of tip
