Wages: Servers: $17 per hour + tips. Average server can make anywhere from $25-$30 per hour with tips. Shifts typically begin Monday through Friday from 11:00am-4:00pm for the morning shift and 4:00pm-9:00pm for the evening shift, and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00am-2:00pm for the morning shift and 4:00pm-9:00pm for the evening shift.
