We serve with soul, and our food reflects that. 👨🍳 About the Role: As our Café Chef, you’ll be the heartbeat of our kitchen—bringing flavor, flow, and creativity to every dish. You’ll lead our culinary vision, guide a small kitchen team, and help build our signature baked goods line: Lilycorn Lil Bakes. This role blends cooking and baking, and we’re looking for someone who leads with love, excellence, and intention. 🍽 Responsibilities: Lead menu development and seasonal food creativity Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations: prep, cooking, baking Manage ordering, inventory, and sourcing of fresh, local ingredients Train and mentor kitchen staff while upholding safety standards Maintain an affirming kitchen culture rooted in respect, aloha, and teamwork Support leadership in building a kitchen that reflects our mission ✅ Requirements: Experience as a chef or kitchen lead (both cooking + baking) Strong leadership and communication skills Passion for quality food made with care Creative, adaptable, and calm under pressure Comfortable working in a mission-driven, community-centered environment
