Sales & Marketing Coordinator (santa clara)

Sales & Marketing Coordinator Position Based in Santa Clara, CA. Primary Job Tasks and Responsibilities: A detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to contribute to support the Sales Department for sales and marketing activities. The responsibilities include supporting and handling sales and marketing administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction. • Helping the sales team to improve their productivity, ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality support. • Assist processing Sales Order and RMA • Sales and marketing acknowledgements • Assist in drafting and refining content such as news online posting, press release distribution, case studies, social media updates, and email campaigns • Updating catalog, product description, marketing materials and website maintenance. • Demonstrated ability to assist senior management and sales representatives with any additional work as needed. • Assist handling office calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answer customer queries. • Other sales & marketing projects if assigned. Requirements:  Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.  Attention to detail, administrative, strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills.  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.  An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.  Make product training and demo video and post online  Experience utilizing Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ERP, Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Adobe Express.
