About the Role We're a commercial insurance agency in La Mesa, CA hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our tight-knit team. This is an in-office role (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm) with occasional hybrid (in-office/remote) flexibility after 1 year of employment. We’re not looking for someone to just "answer phones." We’re looking for someone who wants to grow and bring long-term value to our team and clients. This position is hourly with full benefits after 90 days and the opportunity to move into a licensed agent role earning commission after 2 years of employment.
