Use computer software to operate facility utility equipment. Restore plant utilities, including up to 460 VAC power distribution systems, after power outages. Use a CMMS program to complete preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and projects. Work with warehouse leaders to improve equipment efficiency. Report to the Regional Maintenance Manager on task completion. Maintain good housekeeping practices in the shop and equipment room. Inspect equipment on the roof and investigate for leaks as scheduled. Assist with repairs and maintenance of the facility building. The Refrigeration Technician role is ideal for individuals with strong time management skills, the ability to build consensus and foster positive relationships, and the capacity to communicate across functional lines at all levels.
