We have several openings for Assemblers, Press Operators, and General Laborers in the Youngstown and Columbiana areas. If you’re detail-oriented, safety-minded, and ready to contribute in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Perform manual assembly tasks accurately and efficiently Operate powered forming and drilling/tapping machines (manual and automatic) Replace tools (drills/taps) as needed to maintain production standards Ensure finished products meet quality and packing standards Accurately pack and ship customer orders Work on the assembly line, handling products weighing 15–40 lbs.
