Responsibilities: • Maintain and organize tools and equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency • Assist with clean-up and debris removal after tree work is completed • Communicate effectively with team members, providing support and assistance as needed • Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times Requirements: • 3-4 Years climbing experience • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, taking direction from crew leaders • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and provide feedback • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Ability to pass a drug test.
