MOLD CONTROL RESTORATION WORKER – STARTING AT $20 AN HOUR OR MORE DOE All Star is now seeking a skilled Demolition Worker with advanced experience in mold remediation and environmental restoration. This position requires strong technical knowledge, attention to safety, and hands-on expertise in structural demolition and contamination control. Key Responsibilities: Perform selective and structural demolition in residential and commercial environments Conduct mold remediation, including containment setup, air filtration, and proper disposal procedures Operate demolition tools and equipment safely and efficiently Maintain detailed job documentation and communicate effectively with supervisors and restoration teams Requirements: 2+ years of experience in demolition, restoration, or environmental cleanup Proven experience in mold remediation and moisture control procedures Strong understanding of containment, negative air systems, and decontamination methods Ability to interpret project scopes, work orders, and safety plans Physically capable of heavy labor and comfortable working in challenging environments PAY AND SCHEDULE FOR POSITION: Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday – day shift Starting at $20 an hour or more DOE DEMO FIRE/WATER TECHNICIANS: STARTING AT $18.00 – $25.00 AN HOUR All Star Labor and Staffing is currently looking for Water/Fire Mitigation Support Technicians to help a restoration company provide an elite level of customer service to Businesses and homes that have been affected by fire or water damage in the Stayton OR and surrounding areas. REQUIREMENTS: Driver license, must be able to write and speak English (bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply), light construction experience is a plus. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Packout, rebuilt, demolition work, water/fire restoration, communicating with customers and their needs, completing reports/daily logs/documentation required and other duties as assigned. Upon successful completion of the probationary period and evaluations performed in the first 30 to 90 days, The company would then extend a formal offer of direct employment. If offered direct employment with the company the following benefits are to be included from date of Direct Hire: 40 hours of PTO 1st year of employment.
