Häsi Bread is a small, tight-knit bakery rooted in tradition and community. We bake naturally leavened sourdough using fresh-milled organic grains and serve our neighborhood with intention, care, and a whole lot of heart. We’re looking for a fast, dependable, and detail-oriented team member to join our overnight crew. This is a hybrid position — part dishwashing and cleanup, part bread packaging and labeling — supporting our production team as we prepare fresh bread and pastries for wholesale delivery. What You’ll Do: Wash and organize bakery equipment, trays, bowls, and utensils to keep production running smoothly Package a high volume of bread and pastries with care and consistency Apply labels, stickers, and date codes accurately Double-check product counts against delivery lists Maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist with end-of-night cleanup Work closely with bakers and drivers to ensure orders are ready on time What We’re Looking For: Dependable, punctual, and quick on your feet Able to work overnight or early-morning shifts Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods Prior kitchen or packaging experience a plus, but not required What We Offer: Supportive, respectful team environment Consistent schedule and dependable hours Competitive hourly pay Be part of a local bakery that values quality, care, and teamwork If you’re reliable, hardworking, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we’d love to meet you.
