WEEKEND PM AVAILABILITY IS A REQUIREMENT TO APPLY Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook menu items according to Sunday Gravy’s standards of quality, portion control, and presentation. - Work efficiently in a team setting, handling prep work, line cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized station. - Occasionally lift up to 30 lbs for kitchen operations. - Follow food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines in compliance with California law. - Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen supplies as needed. Requirements: - Experience in Italian cooking or a background in Italian-American cuisine is preferred. - Ability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday PM shifts. - Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs. - Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and quality. - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment. - California Food Handler's certification required or ability to obtain upon hire. - Ability to speak English and Spanish preferred.
