We're looking for an individual with a great Yes I Can caring attitude to join our restaurant team as a full-time Server. To provide all dining room guests with an entertaining and enjoyable dining experience, through quality service in the most efficient manner, at all times.   What You'll Be Doing - Take the guest's drink and food order, answer all menu questions, making helpful suggestions, and citing a favorite item. - Reviews the menu and becomes thoroughly familiar with all items and means of preparation being offered that day, including the ingredients, preparation, sauces, and garnishes as well as the wine list, what wines complement which food items, and why. - Practices "clean as you go" techniques of service, including refolding napkins and cleaning between courses, and keeping the station clean, neat, and supplied at all times. - Greets and ensures all guests are provided with water after being seated - Anticipates guests' needs - Closes all guest checks in a timely manner, ensuring all checks are properly signed and printed. - Check with the manager for the assigned station. Ensure the station is properly set up and clean. - Complete assigned side work and reset tables for the next meal function . - Perform any necessary pre-shift side work. Qualifications: - A minimum of one-year job related experience - Washington State food handler card (within 30 days of hire) - M.A.S.T.
