This role requires travel to client or company sites to resolve hardware and connectivity issues, install new equipment, troubleshoot desktop issues, install and troubleshoot various industry related practice software and assist with local IT rollouts. Candidates must be resourceful, self-directed, and comfortable working independently. Experience working within the MSP environment preferable. Experience with SonicWALL, Fortinet, Datto, Sophos, Unify, Sentinel One, Microsoft 365, Azure, and other related products is required. Experience with basic and advanced networking concepts necessary.

Experience supporting and managing cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong understanding of cloud-based services (e.g., compute, networking, storage, security). Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, virtual machines, containers, and container orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with cloud automation tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). Ability to troubleshoot cloud network and infrastructure issues with a strong focus on scalability and performance. Experience with logging and monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus). Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments, including IAM, encryption, and compliance standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to grow and continue learning. Preferred Qualifications Technical certification in cloud platforms, or a willingness to achieve GCP certification within 1 month of employment. Prior experience in a technical support or systems administrator role is preferred. Experience with serverless architecture and cloud-native applications.
