Your responsibilities will include: • Delivering outstanding support by addressing client needs, answering questions, and managing policy changes. • Collaborating with the Owner, Manager, and Producers to ensure seamless service for our guests. • Generating quotes for agents, prospective clients, and existing guests to fuel business growth. • Supporting renewal efforts by reviewing accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. • Organizing and executing daily tasks with precision and efficiency. • Building and nurturing relationships with current and potential clients. • Communicating clearly and confidently, maintaining a deep knowledge of our services to provide expert advice.
