Front Office Receptionist
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. This role is key to creating a welcoming environment while providing exceptional administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly
• Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and messages
• Support office operations and administrative projects as needed
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
