Intermountain West Insulation is seeking an Assistant Production Manager for our Spokane location. Intermountain West serves residential and commercial contractors in the Inland northwest area by servicing them with their insulation needs. We supply and install various types of insulation. We are looking for a great team member to join our ranks. Help delegate job assignments to team members and personnel Assist in communicating to crews when problems arise. Communicate with customers as needed Inspect all materials and equipment going out Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Assist in monitoring inventory Opportunity for over time. Required Skills: Computer skills in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Ability to think independently and plan ahead Able to work well with others Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions Proficient in written and verbal English skills.
