Daily Job responsibilities • Inspect and verify incoming/IPQA / FQA materials, components, and parts according to established procedures and specifications. • Documenting and reporting quality on parts produced. • Must be familiar with basic QA equipment’s like, calipers, rulers’ micrometers, microscopes etc. • Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests to identify defects, damage, or deviations from specifications. • Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of incoming material inspections. • Communicate with managers or supervisors to address quality issues, discrepancies, or non-conformities found during inspections. • Manage daily cleaning and upkeep of the quality equipment and work environment. • Communicating well with other team members to help solve problems. • Follow managers directions for perform any additional jobs to help QA or other departments. Experience and/or educational requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with cable assembly background in QA department. • Must be able to read and write in English. • Basic math skills addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Detail oriented and strong work ethic. • Basic experience using Microsoft office products such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. • Must be able to lift 50 pounds and carry it for short distances. • Must be able to sit or stand for 2 hours at a time. Requirements: -Experience in cable assembly and/or electro mechanical assembly industry in the manufacturing environment. -Experience in using connectors, terminals, wires, cables, shrink tubing and various other cable assembly products. -Experience in creating assembly SOP by using AutoCAD or other CAD software. -Experience in internet electronic components sourcing and be able to cross or find equivalent parts. -Must be able to read and understand blueprints, manufacturer's data sheets/spec sheets, fabrication diagrams and assembly. -Proficient with Excel, Word, and CAD software. -Must be able to work well both independently and as part of a cross-functional team, including multi-tasking capabilities. -Must be detail oriented with the ability to meet or exceed deadlines. -Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills. We are seeking full-time seasonal Post-Production and Fulfillment Shipments for October - December with the potential for full-time employment. Our normal working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm. You will be working our Fulfillment Team to ship out e-commerce and wholesale orders. You may occasionally assist other departments with prep work. The role would include the following: - Packing and shipping online orders (wholesale, e-commerce, and drop shipping) - Communicating with Customer Service and Account Managers order status - Receiving large shipments from suppliers via pallets on our loading dock - Palletizing products - Prepping boxes and picking products - Sorting stock and organizing inventory - Preparing pre-packed product bundles - Bringing packages downstairs for UPS/USPS pickups. We are seeking Production Associates/Assemblers for the remainder of the year. Our normal working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm and your hours will be 35-40 hours/week. Depending on mutual interest and business needs, this may convert to a full-time position in January. You will be working in our Production and Post-Production Team to prep, pour, clean, label, and pack our candles. The ideal teammate will have attention to small details and is able to perform repetitive tasks at an acceptable pace and maintain quality. The job is rewarding, but also requires a lot of manual labor, so these individuals should be able to stand on their feet 8 hours per day, lift 50 lb boxes throughout the day, and work with their hands.
