SaaS Account Executive – Proven Closer, Small Team Fit Full-Time / Remote (Fort Collins, CO) We’re hiring a SaaS Account Executive to help us grow WholeCell.io —a serialized inventory & ecommerce software for resellers of refurbished electronics. Over 8 years we’ve built a product that solves urgent and expensive operational problems for a very specific niche. We have brand-recognition in the industry and our customers love the software. Now we’re ready to grow. You’ll be our first full-time sales hire. We need a proven closer who can learn the product quickly, prospect the right accounts, and convert qualified leads into long-term customers. You'll collaborate closely with the founding team and get direct insight into what has worked—and what hasn’t—at every stage of the funnel. If you’re an experienced B2B SaaS AE who thrives on small teams, prefers autonomy, and wants to make a real impact, we would love to talk to you. 🔒 Must-Have Experience - Please do not apply unless you meet all of the following: - Can share ARR/MRR metrics from 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience - Experience working on a small team or at a startup (ideally < 20 people) - Skilled at prospecting, qualifying, demoing, and closing deals yourself (we’ll ask for examples) 🧩 What You'll Do - Own the full sales cycle: prospect → pitch → demo → close → onboard - Attend, exhibit, and sell at industry trade shows (10+ per year) to fill your pipeline - Manage pipeline, follow-ups, and reporting in HubSpot - Work closely with our founders to iterate on sales&marketing and refine our ICP - Test sales strategies and experiment with the sales technology stack to optimize our performance as a small team ✅ You’ll Thrive Here If You: - Give engaging demos - Can learn complicated products and clearly explain them in simple terms - Prefer lean autonomy and full ownership over corporate bureaucracy - Want to work on a tight-knit team where your results are visible and meaningful - Are excited to sell a real product that already has happy customers ❌ This Role Is Not for You If: - You’ve never sold a B2B SaaS product - You want a management or strategy role - You have only served in a siloed role (SDR-only, AE-only, Onboard-only) on a sales team 💵 Compensation & Benefits - $125K OTE (on target earnings) - $50K base salary + commission (25K commission guaranteed for first 9 months) - Remote-first with flexible hours - $500/mo QSEHRA health insurance stipend 📬 How to Apply Send us a resume and cover letter SPECIFIC to our company and this role.
