This is a part-time position for Sunday and Monday nights only. • Sunday nights: about 3 hours of work (preferably someone who can bring a helper). • Monday nights: about 4 hours of work. Duties and Responsibilities • Perform general sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping in all department areas of the main building. • Dispose of trash from bins and containers. • Gather and dispose of cardboard. • Scrub sinks and toilets in bathrooms. • Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors. • Maintain and upkeep all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products. • Ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of cleaning products. • Keep all public spaces neat and tidy. • Report repairs or replacements needed during the job. • Comply with company safety procedures and promote a safety-first culture. Skills & Qualifications • Ability to follow verbal directions. • Self-motivated and capable of working independently. • Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to job responsibilities. • Flexible with schedules and routines; strong time management skills. • Detail-oriented in cleaning tasks. • Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk throughout the day, with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. • General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques. • Comfortable working in a positive, diverse environment. • Willing to work weekends and/or occasional holidays. Experience • Previous cleaning experience in a professional environment is helpful. This position is currently available for Sunday night and Monday night only.

Job Summary: Performs routine daily acetylene production and cylinder filling activities. These activities include the operation and monitoring of process equipment, cylinder filling, material handling, and minor equipment maintenance. Follows industry and government guidelines and adhere to all company safety requirements. Duties include:  Perform visual inspection on all cylinders prior to filling.  Weigh all Acetylene cylinders to determine Acetone needs.  Record all residual and stray fulls from cylinders.  Perform hourly plant safety checks.  Refill Carbide hoppers when needed.  Track Carbide usage and inform management when inventory reaches re-order point.  Track Acetone inventory, inform management when inventory reaches re-order point.  Load Lime slurry for disposal.  Recover residual from all “out of test” cylinders prior to sending to re-qualification facility.  Perform PM’s on all associated equipment used for cylinder filling and inspection. As assigned.  Report monthly cylinder totals on approved tracking forms to the production supervisor. Requirements include:  Industry experience such as handling cylinders and/or previous knowledge of gases, Cylinder filling procedures, paperwork and plant operations is preferred.  Able to read and comprehend safety rules and regulations.  Able to operate hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.  Able to operate a forklift; general knowledge of common hand tools, power tools, and their proper use.  Able to lift/move 70 lbs; able to stand for most of the day, work in outdoor conditions.  Able to work independently.  You must pass drug screen and background check. Salary Range: Expected hiring salary is $23.00/hr - Swing Shift Position. The salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary for this position which is $22.00/hr.-$29.50/hr.
