The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient snow removal operations during winter weather conditions. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical equipment, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Snow Plow Operators will play a crucial role in maintaining clear and accessible parking lots, and other areas Duties: • Operate snow plow trucks and other snow removal equipment effectively and safely. • Clear snow from parking lots, and walkways to ensure safe passage. • Respond promptly to changing weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly. Qualifications: • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Willingness to work flexible hours during winter storms, including nights and weekends as needed. • Previous experience in snow removal and salting. Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 We offer a 4-hour minimum per event but must be available from the onset of each snowfall until the conclusion of each event. • Year end bonus for perfect attendance of 10% Late night, early morning and weekend work is required, depending on the timing of the snowfalls. Positions are for on call removal with no set times or hours per week. Must have reliable transportation.
