Job Description: - Escorts spa guests to changing areas in a courteous and timely manner. - Provide towels, robes, slippers and other toiletries to guests. - Provide tours of locker room and spa facility to guests and explain the set-up, workings of locker rooms, sauna area, and showers. - Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with any questions. - Monitor spa floor for cleanliness, dispose of soiled linen as well as fold and restock linen as needed and ensure all areas are clean and replenish supplies. - Cleans and sanitizes locker room, restrooms, shower areas, poolside/saunas and all other areas of the spa. - Understands the basics of the spa service menu, beverage menu, and products in order to communicate knowledgeably with guests and selling spa services. - Providing a variety of beverages including tea and blended smoothies which are made to order. - Providing poolside treatments on clients including mud masks, body scrubs, and various treatments performed inside the hot saunas. - Maintain professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees. - Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
