Daily Job responsibilities • Inspect and verify incoming/IPQA / FQA materials, components, and parts according to established procedures and specifications. • Documenting and reporting quality on parts produced. • Must be familiar with basic QA equipment’s like, calipers, rulers’ micrometers, microscopes etc. • Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests to identify defects, damage, or deviations from specifications. • Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of incoming material inspections. • Communicate with managers or supervisors to address quality issues, discrepancies, or non-conformities found during inspections. • Manage daily cleaning and upkeep of the quality equipment and work environment. • Communicating well with other team members to help solve problems. • Follow managers directions for perform any additional jobs to help QA or other departments. Experience and/or educational requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with cable assembly background in QA department. • Must be able to read and write in English. • Basic math skills addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Detail oriented and strong work ethic. • Basic experience using Microsoft office products such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. • Must be able to lift 50 pounds and carry it for short distances. • Must be able to sit or stand for 2 hours at a time. Drogon AK provides staffing at large venues to assist in the smooth running of the event. We train. Alaska Airlines Center, Sullivan Arena, Dena'ina Center, Alaska Center for the Performing Arts, Egan Center and other smaller venues and events. Part-time work, as in 1-3 shifts per weekend ranging from 3 hours to 8 hours. Shifts are posted and you decide if you want to work them. We use Homebase as our scheduling software. UAA volleyball and Wolverine hockey are 2 or our big events. TAP or TiPS card ($65) is required within 30 days of the start of your employment. Crowd Manager training ($25) is required at the Sullivan Arena and Alaska Airlines Center. Uniform is all black with a black and blue polo that you will have to order online $25.
