Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes. Develop financial models to analyze performance, evaluate potential investments, and support strategic initiatives. Provide accurate and timely financial reports, variance analysis, and actionable insights to senior management. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS. Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met consistently. Coordinate and manage the annual audit process with external auditors. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements and tax filings. DIBOR Transportation is a small family-owned carrier based out of Schaumburg, IL. They provide steady and consistent freight, all year round- routes that run all 48 states. DIBOR specializes in hauling Van freight- mainly Hazmat loads. Live loads/unloads. 100% no touch freight. This is a 1099 company driver opportunity, with an option to Lease-purchase. These days, our drivers are taking home approx. $2200-2700 each week.
