Position Description: iPullRank is looking for a Senior Search Engine Optimization Analyst to join our team and help with site auditing, keyword research, competitive analysis, marketing strategy, user experience, conversion rate optimization, link building and content marketing. This Senior SEO Analyst is a master of all things Google, with an interest in learning more about how Organic Search plays with the rest of the marketing mix. The client-facing role works directly with Client teams to deliver best-in-class SEO that drives results. Location: Marin County & North Bay, CA We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent for a +/- $12M high-end residential project. Project start anticipated to be early to mid-November. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with deep construction knowledge, strong leadership, and a proactive communication style. Candidates must bring technical expertise with documented, verifiable proof of experience, demonstrated through a resume and work portfolio. This is not a training position—we are looking for proven professionals. No relocation assistance available. Key Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day site operations, including daily digital reports, safety meetings, and jobsite documentation. • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers. • Ensure strict compliance with plans, specifications, schedules, and safety standards. • Maintain site cleanliness, security, and professional presentation. • Lead site meetings and communicate regularly with project managers, architects, and clients. • Manage inspections and collaborate with building officials. • Monitor project progress, track material deliveries, and resolve issues in real time.
