Hi I am a developer and maker, I will need an intern to do 3D printing jobs. The Key Responsibilities • Set up and operate 3D printers (preferably Bambu Lab printers). • Conduct quantity production runs with quality control. • Perform maintenance and calibration of printers. • Convert sketches or design concepts into 3D CAD models (STEP files). • Collaborate on iterative design improvements and prototype testing. • (Optional but valuable) Assist with basic machining or welding tasks. Qualifications • Experience with 3D printing, especially using Bambu Lab printers. • Familiarity with CAD software such as FreeCAD, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360. • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. • Ability to work in-person at our Hayward shop. • Bonus: Machining, welding, or mechanical fabrication experience. Compensation Hourly rate $22 - $25 per hour depending on experience.

As the Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all production equipment are safe and in proper operating condition. Additional duties will be to perform all tasks following the cGMP requirements. OTHER ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Acknowledge all production calls for critical point checklist and machine breakdowns Ensure all repairs and corrective maintenance performed is verified and properly documented Perform generated and all assigned Preventative and Predictive Maintenance schedule in a timely manner and following listed activities on a Computerized Maintenance Management System Monitor parts and determine minimum/maximum inventory on all assigned equipment. Record all parts used during repair and Preventative Maintenance activities. Assist Inventory Control and Maintenance Planner in physical count for costing. Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering and Product Development on quality issues and specifications Ensure housekeeping and safety compliance in the Maintenance shop Communicate all machine issues and progress of on-going maintenance undertakings and propose or recommend machine upgrade and projects for process and continuous improvement Fabricates, modifies and repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment Attend all maintenance meetings, trainings, educational workshops or webinars for updates and personal development Maintain positive team dynamic and overall department success Complete all work as assigned within established timelines and in compliance with all printed company policies and procedures Perform others duties and responsibilities, as assigned WORK ENVIRONMENT Exposure to cold temperatures in the winter and hot temperatures in the summer Work occasionally near mechanical parts and in high places Occasional duties in an outside environment Duties are performed primarily in a smoke-free environment PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, balance and reach. Fire sprinkler Certified Inspector - 3 to 5 years experience as a State of Texas RME-I Inspector. Candidate will be assigned a vehicle, laptop/I-Pad, cell phone and all other necessary equipment to perform residential, commercial and industrial inspections. Must have background in fire protection installation and testing with verifiable background in this field. A current Driver's license, good driving record and the ability to work with others is required as well as the ability to organize and schedule work. Additional/supplemental NICET training can be provided to further his/her professional skills/experience.
