We are a small, well established Columbus based residential landscape maintenance company currently serving approximately 300 ongoing customers, mostly in the Upper Arlington area. The services we provide primarily include mowing, spring & fall cleanups, bed edging & mulching, pruning, planting, weed control, pressure washing, snow removal, etc. We are currently looking to hire 1-2 quality individuals. Compensation: (Compensation depends on the value you bring to the company) Landscape Maintenance Work (non-supervisor): $18 - $22 hr. Landscape Maintenance Supervisor: $23 - $28 hr. Mowing: $18 - $27 hr. Snow Removal (non-supervisor): $25 - $35 Snow Removal Supervisor: $35 - $50 hr. Minimum Requirements: Must be honest and reliable. Must have a professional attitude and appearance. Must be in good physical condition and able to lift 50 lbs. Must have a valid driver's license and good insurable driving record.
