We are looking for a contract Project Manager to spearhead phase 2 development of our newest glamping resort from initiation to completion. We are seeking a proactive and organized individual with extensive construction management experience and exceptional leadership skills to drive project success. **Responsibilities:** - Define phase 2 project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with owners. Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases effectively. - Minimize exposure and risk on project. - Create and monitor budgets. - Manage RFIs & bidding process. - Manage contractors & inspectors. - Manage permit submittals and approvals. - Managing the quality and safety control for the project. - Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. - Employ organizational skills to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets efficiently. - Oversee project engineering tasks to meet technical requirements. **Experience:** - Proven experience (5+ years) in construction project management, ideally with a focus on developing hospitality/commercial projects. - Proven ability to creates timelines and budgets, and drive construction projects to completion on time and on budget. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. - Strong communication skills for effective reporting and stakeholder engagement. - Ability to present project updates and findings professionally. You will be responsible for dismantling machinery, transferring equipment, and installing equipment. Must be a team player with strong attention to detail. In this position, you should also be able to make decisions, troubleshoot, and perform repairs with little to no supervision. Responsibilities: • Disassemble and reassemble equipment for repair or transportation. • Build the foundation for machines. • Construct and install equipment such as shafting, conveyors and tram rails. • Responsible for maintenance of the machines and equipment of the plant. • Knowledgeable in 120v, 220v and 440v • Review and interpret engineering specifications, schematics, and blueprints to determine work procedures. • Transfer equipment to the applicable site for maintenance to avoid contamination or safety hazards. • Grind and file machinery parts. • Supervise construction workers when using the equipment. • Work with a range of hand tools including measuring tools, welding and brazing equipment. • Determine which machines, techniques, and tools to use when moving equipment and completing jobs. • Pre-employment drug test Required.
