This position is hands-on, with a wide variety of tasks that change week to week. The role is part-time, scheduled primarily on Saturdays and Sundays. Responsibilities: ->Property & Facilities: Perform general upkeep, repairs, cleaning, and seasonal maintenance on residential and commercial properties. ->Automotive: Assist with detailing, light repairs, surveys, and preparing vehicles for sale or transport. ->Marine & Small Engines: Support boat maintenance and seasonal prep, along with small engine servicing for outdoor equipment.
